Behind every successful leader is a vibrant culture that engages and energies the community, employees and decision makers. In almost every case, this leadership culture is shaped and personified by a corporate culture that nurtures growth and transformation.

Now that internet has eliminated the barriers of geography, cost and time, social networking helps people to get bigger. So, who’s going to lead all these groups? Anyone who wants to lead and make a difference now has a tool on their fingertips, “says eman, managing director of Keynotes Consultants.

Any organization, regardless of size, can grow in the prevailing economic climate if it listens to its citizen, gets closer to its target audience and connects with them wherever they are, online and offline, she believes. For this, enterprise need to stop copycat marketing and start to build their own personality and uniqueness.

“You simply can’t be all things to all people. with understanding and focusing on an ideal client, you are on your way to build a business that every ideal client will recognize is built just for them. Focusing your marketing on a more narrowly defined ideal client is the absolute best way to grow your business,” says Eman
